The terms on which authorised staff may use CANTONA OS.
CANTONA OS is operated by Cantona BV, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE 1019.292.925, with its group website at www.cantona.group. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Cantona BV.
“You” means a person given an account by us: an employee, director, contractor or other worker of Cantona BV or of a company in the group — today Kempes BV (GARRINCHA), Valderrama BV (OWAZA), United-C BV and Batigol BV.
CANTONA OS is not a public service. It is an internal business system. There is no sign-up: an account exists only because we created it, and only for as long as we keep it.
Use CANTONA OS to do your job, and not for anything else. In particular, you must not:
Some of the above is also a criminal offence in Belgium. All of it is a disciplinary matter.
Almost everything in CANTONA OS is either confidential company information or personal data about a real person — a customer, a club member, or a colleague. Both are protected.
What you see here stays here. That obligation continues after you stop working with us. It covers prices, contracts, customer lists, bookings, revenue, and anything else not already public.
You may not pass data from CANTONA OS to a third party, publish it, upload it to an outside service, or use it for your own purposes or those of another business. That includes pasting customer data into an AI tool we have not approved.
When you handle personal data in CANTONA OS you are doing so on our behalf, under the GDPR. Use the least data you need, for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer. How we handle personal data as a company is set out in the Privacy Notice.
GARRY is the assistant inside CANTONA OS. It answers questions about the business using data you are already allowed to see, and its answers are generated by a model supplied by Anthropic. Two things follow:
We keep records of how CANTONA OS is used. That includes when an account signs in, from which network address and on what kind of device, which modules it opens, and changes it makes to records. We keep them to keep the system secure, to investigate a suspected problem, and to meet our own legal obligations — not to measure anybody’s productivity.
These records are visible to the people who administer the system. What is recorded and for how long is set out in the Privacy Notice.
We run CANTONA OS with care, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change it, take parts of it down, or stop a feature, usually without notice, because it is our own internal system. Where a change would lose your work or affect a customer, we will say so in advance if we can.
Figures shown in the system come from live sources and mirrors of other systems. Treat a number as a working figure, not as an audited one, unless it is marked otherwise.
CANTONA OS, its design, its code and its content belong to Cantona BV. You are given permission to use it while you work with us, for that work. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you, and you may not copy any part of it for use elsewhere.
Work you create in the system in the course of your role belongs to the company, to the extent the law allows.
We may suspend or remove your account at any time — immediately if we believe these terms have been broken, or simply because your role no longer needs it. Access ends when you stop working with us.
When access ends, your confidentiality obligations and the data rules in section 4 continue. Delete any company data still on your own devices.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page change when we do, and continuing to use CANTONA OS after that means the new version applies.
